Sharsten has been on the Twistlab Marketing team since 2019, focusing on managing the business operations for the team. Sharsten maintains Twistlab's customers' communication regarding billing ensuring smooth delivery of services and payments. Sharsten's passion for problem-solving has translated to an affinity for business operations.

Her background in administrative roles has included collaboration with diverse teams. She has served as a project manager over SharePoint websites redesign for Williams Pipeline. She was the Specialist in the Dean's office of the School of Business at Salt Lake Community College. In this position, she collaborated with four departments, including over 100 employees. She puts Twistlab on the map here in Salt Lake. Advertising agencies are lucky to have help from colleagues like her.
