Complete Rebrand
Problem:
Greenhollow Catering was a well-established catering company that has been in business for many years. They had a solid base of high-level customers (corporate, educational, and residential), and their operations were impeccable. Customer satisfaction was high for the products delivered, but some of their regular clients began looking at the competition due to the lack of implementation of technology in their website and systems. Additionally, their corporate identity was lacking in cohesiveness and did not clearly express the professionalism and quality of the company. Greenhollow felt that it was time to update to its technology and corporate identity.
Solution:
Greenhollow needed a new logo and print materials to match. We designed a simple bold logo that reflected the elegance, quality, and strength of the company’s brand. New business cards were printed to match the logo and colors developed. Rounded edges, clean lines, and bold colors made the logo and print materials stand out from the competition.
Next, we built Greenhollow a brand new website to clearly express the four areas Greenhollow specializes in: corporate events, weddings, school lunches, and golf course cafes. The new logo and colors are prominent in the site and bring together the company’s corporate identity. Within the platform of the website, we also built an online ordering system that supported individualized orders. Not only can customers place orders online, they can also see the various services the company offers, leading to an increase in up-selling, new private catering orders, and referrals.
With a new corporate identity and website, we also helped Greenhollow get set up on social media platforms. The branding and colors remained consistent and helped establish a stronger corporate presence in the company’s messaging. Greenhollow now has the ability to better communicate with and listen to its customers in several different formats.
Overall, our efforts have allowed Greenhollow to become more cohesive, efficient, and current on its usage of technology and its branding. The company is now more accessible to its customers and to new clients within the Salt Lake valley.
