Account Manager

We are searching for an account manager to assist in prospecting, selling, managing the needs of our clients, and in designing and executing marketing strategies that maximize the clients’ experience. This individual will play a major role in increasing and maintaining client retention, and will also support in the growth and expansion of our loyal client base. The ideal candidate is a proven sales performer who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound lead activity and generating new business opportunities through active prospecting. Essentially, this candidate will sell advertising and marketing services in the form of consulting, electronic media and printing. As a small company, the tasks performed by this candidate may vary based on the clients’ needs. Being a part of a small business also allows a certain level of freedom to try out new ideas and to experiment with markets.
Responsibilities: 
  • Initiate sales process

  • Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services 

  • Manage clients’ marketing budgets

  • Track market and company sales performance 

  • Improve forecast performance of business thorough understanding of underlying demand assumptions

  • Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed 

  • Document and track client interactions through CRM Expectations:

    • Able to commit 8-12 hours/week

    • Able to work with minimal supervision

  • Organized and has the ability to document and report activities and client interactions

  • Committed, dependable and has the ability to meet deadlines 

  • Passionate about marketing
